In this video, we're in the wheat field of Recep Ünlüer, a producer who cultivates wheat in the extremely challenging agricultural conditions of Polatlı, Ankara. The situation we face is far from easy: Soil pH: Around 8 (High lime content) Soil Structure: Salinity problem Irrigation Water: Well water with a high EC (Salinity/Conductivity) ratio In a region where, at first glance, one might say "it's very difficult to get a good yield here," we worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Mr. Ünlüer. We demonstrated firsthand in the field how these difficulties can be overcome with the right plant nutrition, soil improvement, and agricultural techniques.
