REVIEW || Grade 3 Literature Guides

Hi everyone! Today is a long one. I'm reviewing each of the seven literature guides that we used this year in lieu of a language arts/ literature package from a curriculum company. I go into why I chose to go this route versus purchasing a grade level package from a developed curriculum, as well as a review of each of the guides we used. None of them were like the other! I have definite favorites, and those I wasn't fond of as well. I wanted to do a really thorough explanation of each booklet because let's be real, homeschool curriculum can add up and it gets expensive. Even though I was able to see sample of each guide online, nothing is like having it in your hands and working it into your schedule to see how it fits. Hopefully, if there's others out there that want to go this route, then this video can help you weed through guides that won't work for your family so you don't have to spend money on something that isn't going to work.
