TOMATO SAUSE INGREDIENTS 1.Red ripe fresh tomatoes 1 Kg 2.Beet root 250 g 3.Ginger ½ “ 4.Garlic 4-5 cloves 5.Big onion ¼ of 1 6.Pepper 10-15 7.Cloves 4-5 8.Salt to taste 9.Vinegar ¼ cup 10.Sugar ¾ cup 11.Chilli powder ½-1 tsp 12.Water ¼ Cup 13.Mustard seeds ( Crushed) ¼ tsp PREPARATION 1.Boil well all the chopped (1-5) ingredients adding ¼ cup water till done. Let cool. 2.Beat well and filter well, boil stirring and reduce to the consistency. Cool and store airtight in a fridge.
