CityJet Avro RJ85 | Dublin to London City *Full Flight*

This video is property of Train_PlaneHub, "RachaelMatt" 1080p HD! My first flight with CityJet and my first flight onboard a BAE-146 or Avro RJ85! This was WX126 from Dublin across to London City on Wednesday 29th March 2017. A rather cramp aircraft, was surprised to see the seating configuration as 3-3 on such a small plane and with low ceilings, did make it quite cramped. Left Dublin on time, left turn straight after take off to head us back round towards London. Once on the descent we were entered into a hold because of how busy LCY was so we continued south east towards Dover and the Channel and did a few holding circuits down there. The French coastline can be seen across the English Channel. After holding for 10 or 15mins the seatbelt signs were illuminated and we began our approach for RWY27 at London City. Beautiful approach over the Thames and the London Gateway before starting the steep dive down onto London City's 1,500 metre long runway. A very smooth touchdown and steady deceleration, made LCY look easy.
