I cut and removed the malfunctioning drain pipe and connected it to the outlet using a water collection mass. We buried a new neo-drain pipe and connected that to the mass as well. I couldn't find a permeable sheet for the culvert pipe to prevent clogging, so I substituted a weed barrier sheet. I found some at Cain's later, but it was too late.
