Karishma, a fiery Sub Inspector, enters the station as an outsider to its philosophy—used to beating first and questioning later, she now has to rely on dialogue and compromise. Santosh Sharma, the youngest member, is a shy newcomer navigating loneliness and city life. At the helm is SHO Haseena Mallik, a sharp, humorous, and empathetic leader who sets an example through her actions.
