In this cartoon school video, the school day begins with Giovanna trying to invite Moretti to do his homework at her place, but he, true to his character, doesn't get it. He prefers soccer games, in the best tradition of boy/girl skirmishes, even though the still complex gender dynamics are rapidly evolving today. Professor Eddie, meanwhile, concludes his grammar lesson by talking to the students about subordinate or secondary clauses, those that don't make sense on their own, but depend on the main clause, with which they are hierarchical. The professor emphasizes that there are different degrees of subordination, and a secondary clause can in turn function as a governing clause for another; that subordinate clauses can be explicit if they contain a finite verb, or implicit if they are constructed with an indefinite verb. The video concludes with yet another revelation about the most bizarre of Schooltoon characters: Moretti. Who would have thought?
