Early Bronco Ultimate Horn Contact Upgrade. CNC Milled Solid Copper Contact, Troubleshooting, Grant

I've always had issues with the Grant steering column horn contact pad. When the copper wears out the horn become intermittent. They use a thin copper PCB. I had to replace this at least 4 times in the last 25 years. I have the tools so I decided to make it better. I milled out new 1.5mm solid copper contact points.
