How To Improve Memory & Study More Effectively

I think a lot of students approach how they memorize for exams in the wrong way. They’re shocked when they can’t remember what they studied just a couple of days after class, because they don’t understand the fundamentals of memorisation. And they definitely get a shock when, 3 months later, they try to study for exams and feel like they’ve never looked at the material before! So, in this video (the first in a series inspired by my book ‘The Rules of Revision’), I share the techniques I use to ensure what I study goes into my long-term memory.
