In this edition of Leaders Talk, Wang Guan traveled with his team to Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, ahead of the summit, and sat with President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to discuss relations with China and issues of mutual concern in Central Asia. President Tokayev talks about the "eternal friendship" between China and Kazakhstan and categorically rejects the "China threat" narrative in the West.
