Modding the 7x12 mini lathe - Episode 24 - Mesa 7i96 set up
In this series, a Sieg 7x12 variable speed minilathe, is torn apart, repaired, scraped to accuracy, modified, and converted to CNC. In this episode, we set up the communication with the Mesa 7i96 interface card, and flash it with modified firmware to enable PWM output to control the VFD.Then the LinuxCNC set up program PNCConf is used to define the initial configuration.
