"Nobody's Diary" is a hit synth-pop song by the British duo Yazoo (known as Yaz in North America). Released on 9 May 1983, it served as the lead and only single from their second and final studio album, You and Me Both. The track was written by singer Alison Moyet when she was just 16 years old and playing in local bands in Essex. When Vince Clarke heard it during the album sessions, he immediately recognized it as the standout choice for a single.
