Lama Rod Owens speaks at the London Shambhala Meditation Centre on November 7th 2018 about the impacts of sexual misconduct in spiritual communities. His talk explores the reality of the teacher/student relationship, power/hierarchy, patriarchy/misogyny, enabling violence, emotional trauma, compassion, love, and accountability, grieving, and creating safe spaces after the revelations of abuse.
