Rotary Table Rehab

Follow along while I disassemble a Palmgren 8" X-Y rotary table and make it work a little better. This is something I've wanted to do for a long time and since making my video I have used the rotary table a lot and its working MUCH better than it did before. I got this rotary table from an old school machinist/maker and I plan to keep it working for another 50 years! Loosening the worm drive that turns the table did create a little more backlash and slop in the table top but nothing substantial enough to effect the performance.
