Day #7 Marked & Mantled🗣️💨🌊 Peace in the Storm

Day #7 Marked and Mantled–Reading Mark 4:21–41 Theme: Peace in the Storm 💎Light is meant to be revealed (v. 21–23) 💎Measure matters (v. 24–25) 💎Kingdom growth is organic (v. 26–29) 💎God’s Kingdom starts small but becomes great (v. 30–34) 💎Jesus has authority over chaos (v. 35–41) 🌻 Reflection 🪞 🌞 Jesus moves from teaching in parables about light and measure to revealing authority over nature itself. The same voice that says “Let your light so shine” is the voice that later speaks, “Peace, be still.” In Mark 4:21–41, revelation turns into demonstration, what He taught in principle, He now proves in power. When the disciples cross the sea, the storm is not just meteorological it is emotional, spiritual, and revealing. Fear rises because perception is louder than presence. But Jesus is asleep in the same boat that is being shaken. The contrast is intentional, the storm is loud, but it is not sovereign. Then He speaks. And creation obeys. 🙏 Prayer🙌🏽 Papa God,Help me trust You during uncertainty. When my emotions rise like waves, steady my heart with Your presence Teach me not to interpret silence as absence. Speak peace into every place where fear has been ruling my thoughts. Let my faith rest where my understanding cannot reach. In the name of Jesus, Amen.🙌🏽 📖 Journaling Time 📝 💦What storm am I currently facing that requires deeper trust, not just survival, but surrender? 💦Where have I mistaken Jesus’ silence for His absence?
