The FestivalBar was an Italian singing competition that took place in the most important Italian squares. The competition was held throughout the summer and the final round always took place at the Arena in Verona after 3-4 events in various cities of Italy. Originally, the FestivalBar was a competition made with data from jukeboxes in Italian bars, therefore the name: FestivalBar. This is the 23rd edition of the festival, unfortunately Limahl didn't win any prize. He didn't stand a chance against winner - great song of another Brit - Tracy Spencer "Run To Me" a hit of Summer in Italy '86. Limahl took part in several Italian singing competitions in 1986: Vota La Voce, FestivalBar, Azzurro (in all with same song: Love in Your Eyes).
