1960s Otis Lift - 12 Dumaresq Street Offices In St Helier, Jersey

This is my first video of 2025 (last year). There’s going to be a lot of lifts which I filmed last year (approximately 500 videos) so stay tuned. I’ve also done something different of how I film the lifts as I show you the lift interior when I first go inside them (even though cab view in this video is not very good but I will improve). I hope you still enjoy watching my videos and happy Father’s Day (UPDATE): this lift has now sadly been modernised by Kone in October 2025 ABOUT THE PROPERTY This is an office building with 2 floors LIFT ARRANGEMENT This is an individual lift which serves all of the floors in this office building MY OPINION ABOUT THESE LIFTS This is a completely awesome 1960s Otis lift which is completely 100% original with no modernisations at all. This lift features original call button panels with built in indicators, original interior (I think), original internal buttons, original up and down arrows on both sides of the doors inside, original and rare indicator above the door with working lamps, original relay logic which uses old fashioned two-speed levelling & original motors, basically this lift is completely untouched.
