Captive Portal Configuration in OPNsense

Captive portals are useful for allowing temporary guest network access when hosting a public WiFi hotspot or providing WiFi to guests at hotels or Airbnb rentals, for example. For home networks, you may wish to set up a captive portal for your guest network for family/friends epecially if you prefer not to hand out your WiFi password. This video will demonstrate how easy it is to set up captive portals in #OPNsense. The captive portal in OPNsense can be integrated with a premium version of #Zenarmor for user based filtering and reporting as well, which is nice if you wish to have such a capability.
