Homemade Chocolate Bar and Bonbons with Cocoa Powder | It is really that so easy to make at home

Who Don't Love Chocolate?? and to make it at home is way too simple and easy. It is better to make it with Cocoa Butter but in some countries / regions its quite expensive so you can use Coconut oil the only problem we found with coconut oil is - it brings too much coconut flavor, lastly you can use Regular butter and the problem with this one is at room temperature it melts quickly. So choosing butter type is on-choice.. Other than that it is totally Easy Breezy recipe. INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cup Milk Powder 1 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar (you can replace brown sugar with Confectioners Sugar/ powdered sugar ) 3/4 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder 1 Cup Melted Cocoa Butter (melt with double boiler method)** for BonBons filling use any of your favorite Jam I have used Orange Marmalade (that has awesome flavor) and Strawberry Jam ** Either you are using Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil or Regular Butter Melt with double boiler method Equipment: Silicone Molds to shape the bars and bonbons Hope you love it.
