Canning step by step

Hey Ever-body👋🏼. Ignore how rough I look and the stuff all over my shirt; I've had grandbabies today, and that sums up why I look the way I do 😂. I only had RB for a few hours, but it's been a day 😰. I saw a couple of my friends asking about canning on here, so I decided to do a how-to can video. I hope this helps anyone who wants to learn to can or is afraid to start canning. I was scared the first few times I canned too, so I understand the fear. The thing is, when our grandmothers scared us about a canner exploding, it could happen a lot easier back then. The old canners didn't have gauges on them; all our grandmothers had to rely on was the weight and how much it danced while canning. Nowadays, canners have gauges, so you can watch it and make sure the canner doesn't build too much pressure. You still need to be cautious and keep a close eye on it, but canning is a little safer now. This video is not very professional-looking, but I hope it helps you get started.
