They’re unique round dumplings with a thick skin, slightly different from regular gyoza♡ Cooked between frying and grilling, they’re crispy on the outside and chewy inside😋 The flavor is mild and delicious✨ This time, I ate them with vinegar soy sauce + chili oil, and ponzu.
