Thyssen-M.A.N. diagonal chain driven glass elevator at Wesseling subway station

Wesseling is located between Cologne and Bonn. It is an importaint stop on the so-called Rheinuferbahn, which formerly was a railway line connecting the aforementioned cities, but was converted to light rail in the late seventies. The old railway station entrance building adjacent to a now unused platform has found a new use and is thus still preserved.
