The Barshaw Park Miniature Railway, Paisley
The Barshaw Park Miniature Railway was opened in 1973 by the Paisley Society of Model Engineers. The railway had been located at the Rolls Royce Recreation Ground at Crookston from 1955 to 1971. The railway opens at times throughout the summer months and is operated by society volunteers. During galas steam locomotives may run and several trains operate to cater for high passenger numbers.
