Just a few quick recipes to meal prep for my first week on soft foods!! For more up to date info, check out my IG @gina.vsg Stats: Height: 5'5" HW: 310+ SW: 306 CW: 276 GW: 180 Sausage bake- 8g protein per 2oz of meat (veggies are not counted in this weight!) 1 pack turkey kielbasa 2 small or 1 large zucchini 8 oz frozen broccoli 1 green pepper, sliced (optional) 1 onion, sliced (optional) Cauliflower Rice (as a base, optional) Salt, Pepper, Onion and Garlic Powder, Old Bay Cut your veggies & sausage into small pieces. Spray lightly with oil and season to your liking. Bake at 350 for 20 min, flip veggies/sausage over, and bake for another 20! Chicken Salad (5g protein per oz) 5.5 oz rotisserie chicken, shredded 1/4 c nonfat plain greek yogurt 2 tbsp light mayo 1 tbsp relish salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste Mix all and enjoy!
