Replacement 3D lift gears for delta drum sander + full tear down and rebuild

I purchased a Delta 18" x 36" drum sander that I knew was broken, but it was a great price. The adjustment table gear was broken and the threaded rods & bearings were stuck. The search for new replacement gears came up dry so I decided to reverse engieeer and 3D print my own gear set and set out to rebuild the lift table.
