I Can't Shake the Feeling That Something is Wrong | Vague (Playtest)

VAGUE immediately pulls you into this unsettling psychological horror experience that feels heavily inspired by early 2000s horror games and films. From the moment the accident happens and Raymond K. Fisher wakes up to find his family missing, everything starts feeling wrong in a very subtle but disturbing way. In this playtest, I spent most of my time exploring eerie environments, solving cryptic puzzles, and trying to piece together what actually happened while slowly getting pulled deeper into this surreal nightmare. What stood out to me most is the atmosphere. The game doesn’t rely on constant jump scares; instead it builds this slow, creeping sense of discomfort where every hallway, sound, and visual detail feels intentionally off. The surreal visuals, fragmented storytelling, and strange encounters with supernatural entities all make it feel like you’re walking through someone’s broken memory. The puzzles also add to the tension because you’re constantly trying to think logically while everything around you feels anything but logical. Thank you for watching! If you enjoy psychological horror games, surreal indie horror, early 2000s-style horror, mystery-driven stories, puzzle horror games, or atmospheric experiences that mess with your head, VAGUE definitely feels like one worth keeping an eye on. ▼ TIMESTAMPS ▼ 00:00 Stream Start 00:56 Switch to game 02:06 Gameplay begins! 33:25 Solving the puzzle 34:10 Time to get out of here!
