Today, the Diablo is an iconic supercar of the 1990s, but it was redesigned at the last minute (by Marcello Gandini), made a lot of people mad, and almost failed commercially because it was launched into a crashing supercar market. The Diablo’s development and production spanned four different owners of the company Lamborghini and it’s a minor miracle the car even made it to production.
