Webster dictionary defines documentary as “a presentation (such as a film or novel) expressing or dealing with factual events” which is exactly what I am trying to do. I will be referring to it as both a Docuseries and Video Essay, since that is what I feel it is, but more often I try to just refer to its title “Beyond the Table.” I hope this is sufficient for everyone, and that makes sense.
