Extended Interview Newtown Mother Michele Gay
Today would have been Josephine Gay’s ninth birthday, but two years ago this weekend, she was one of the 20 children killed in the shooting rampage at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut. Shortly after, the Gay family resettled in the Boston area. WGBH News reporter Craig LeMoult recently spoke with Josephine’s mother, Michele Gay, about her efforts to make schools safer.
