(I literally barely survived) 2025: Attempted again, but failed to secure visibility due to the murky water surface. 2025: Ambushed for several days but failed again, unable to find even a trace. 2026: Went out again as soon as the New Year dawned, but failed once more... And today: After a tenacious stakeout, we finally pulled him up!! Just look at the moss growing on his carapace. I can't even begin to guess how long he survived in the stream. He isn't the wolf "Neukgu" that recently escaped, but in the streams, he is a **"finger cutter"**, even scarier than a wolf. Seriously... [Today's Menu: Braised Snapping Turtle in Soy Sauce] I couldn't just let such a precious(?) ingredient go to waste. I cooked it using the exact same special soy sauce recipe I perfected a while ago. After getting rid of all the gamey smell and braising it until it was savory... the chewy texture is a work of art—so chewy you wouldn't know if it's a turtle or beef ribs lol.
