Spring Mill State Park 2023 Tour Guide (Mitchell, Indiana)

Spring Mill State Park is simply incredible! It has a former 1800’s era ghost town, brought back to life in the 1930’s, a space museum, and lots of CAVES! Beginners can take a boat tour through Upper Twin Cave, or walk themselves through one section of Donaldson Cave. Experienced, trained cave enthusiasts, can get permits to many other caves in the park, as well as Cave River Valley Caves (outside of the park, at Campbellsburg). Add all of this to hiking trails, a nature center, and a place to swim and boat, and you have an amazing park, one of the very best in America!
