Tony Jeffries work ethic and success after career ending injury

Was great to catch up with good friend and former opponent Tony Jeffries. Tony had an outstanding boxing career, the highlight of which was achieving the bronze medal at the 2008 Beijing olympics. After being forced to retire very prematurely from his professional career, Tony has utilised all the knowledge and tools he gained from his life of boxing to create an excellent boxing coaching brand/ model and is respected worldwide with more than a million followers on youtube and has affected milliuons more peoples lives in a positive way due to his boxing training, advice and coaching tips. Tony has just set off on a worldwide adventure with his wife Sarah and their 3 little girls, where he plans to bring his boxing brand to an even bigger audience. Tony is an outstanding role model and example of what hard work and dedication can achieve, whether this be in the boxing ring, or as Tony has shown anywhere you have a passion and work ethic to be successful no matter what life throws at you.
