This Android Does Not Turn ON. Samsung S10 Plus CPU Swap for Data Recovery. Full Walkthrough.

This Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus came in to me for No Power. Customer stated it was originally bootlooping, where it shows the Samsung Logo only. But when I got it, it was dead. Upon closer inspection, I found there was another tech’s repair attempts on here. So it’s now my job to take on this case & solve it so I can get the customer’s pictures & videos out of it. ⭐️ Do you need your data recovered? Send me a message for a quote: https://www.vccboardrepairs.com/conta... First step to troubleshooting a phone that does not turn on, is to check the boot consumption on a DC Power Supply. In this case, the current draw was going crazy, up and down, but never going further than about 250mA. This is not a good sign. I like to call it a “current loop”. Once I inspected the motherboard, I found that some shields were removed & who knows what exactly what attempted on this board. Sadly, there are a lot of bad techs out there who will damage customer’s phones beyond repair. So for these types of cases, we will offer a CPU Swap. This is where we transplant the CPU, RAM and UFS onto a working motherboard. This process is very long & tedious, as you see, but it’s often times the only real path to recovering the customer’s data. It is not something anything should just try on their own. These chips are very delicate & they’re glued down to the motherboard. One wrong move & the data is lost FOREVER. So please take caution as to who you choose to recover your data. In this video, I show the full process of pulling the UFS, RAM & CPU. I show how to clean all the ugly Samsung underfill and how to reball all the chips using 183C temp solder paste & 138C temp solder paste.
