Lynk & Co 08 EV Range and Consumption (Highway vs Open Road)

Lynk & Co 08 EV Range and Consumption (Highway vs Open Road) I took the new Lynk & Co 08 on a consumption test in different scenarios. Here are my results. A fully charged battery has an impressive 160 km of range, at speeds of 110 to 130 km/h. Power consumption on an open road can be as low as 9 kW/100 km or 20 kW/100 km on a highway. Lynk & Co 08 set a Guinness World Record by driving 293 km on a single charge, reaching speeds of 50 to 60 km/h. It all depends on your driving style. With an empty battery, petrol consumption is: 5,5 l on open road, 8,3 l on highway at 130 km/h. With a charged battery, in hybrid driving mode, you can get between 6 and 7 liters. Lynk & Co 08 is definitely one of the most impressive PHEVs in 2026. With an official combined range of 1000 km. Giving customers the benefit of driving very cheaply in the city and having no worries about long trips regarding range or high consumption. Most importanly 1.5 l TD 4-cylinder turbo petrol with 137 HP seems to have enough power and a smooth ride as it is still generating enough charge for the electric motor to aid it and boost it to system 345 HP.
