1953 Kurosake Nocturne

The 1953 Kurosake Nocturne marked a turning point in the company's history. Inspired by the vibrant nightlife of Basara and the changing tastes of Dalluhan buyers, it was Kurosake's first true grand tourer—a car designed to combine elegance, comfort, and effortless performance. Built on a refined version of the Ichi's proven inline-six platform, the Nocturne prioritized smoothness, reliability, and long-distance cruising while still delivering over 100 horsepower. It quickly became a symbol of 1950s luxury in Dalluha, with its signature Astral Purple paint and bespoke options making each car as unique as its owner. The Nocturne was also the first model produced at Kurosake's new Basara factory, reflecting the company's growing ambitions. Its reputation only grew after founder Shinji Kurosake famously drove one at top speed between Basara and Al Rilma, proving that a luxury car could be both comfortable and remarkably fast. Today, the Nocturne is remembered as the car that transformed Kurosake from a sports car manufacturer into a true luxury automaker by looking into the rigth market.
