12 MIN Booty Pump - No Equipment

Join me in this fun booty pump workout! I was using a chair for comfort but a wall or couch will work just the same. Repeat this workout for greater intensity on the glute muscles! For even more intensity, complete the squats with the kickbacks and leg raises on the RIGHT side and then repeat the squats again before starting the LEFT side! This workout was recorded straight-through, without any cuts.
