How to set up use cooking profiles in the Convotherm mini pro combi oven?

The Convotherm mini pro – easy cooking profiles for consistent results Discover how simple it is to create multi-stage cooking profiles on the mini pro, giving you a one-time setup for products cooked repeatedly throughout the day. This ensures consistent results across operators and locations, without the need to manually set temperatures, times, or fan speeds every time. The mini pro offers six preset categories, and each profile can include up to 20 stages, providing complete flexibility for even the most complex recipes. In this video, Chef Andy demonstrates how to create a three-stage cooking profile for roast chicken: 1. Convection – set temperature, time, and fan speed 2. Combi Steam – set temperature, time or use the core temperature probe, and fan speed 3. Convection – increase temperature, use full fan speed, and activate Crisp & Tasty to remove steam and add colour and crispiness Once complete, the profile can be saved as “Roast Chicken”. Choose a preset image or upload your own by inserting a USB stick into the easy-access slot, then save the profile to the Cookbook. From the Chef’s Hat, it’s easy to search the Cookbook, which stores up to 399 cooking profiles across three chapters: Favourites, Categories, and Summary. Add profiles to Favourites, assign them to one of the six categories, and they’ll automatically appear in the Summary list for quick access. One touch selection.
