As someone who is truly passionate about espresso—having used a Breville 870 for over 6 years and even repairing it myself—I have finally gotten my hands on a product I have been waiting for for a very long time. This is the Espresso Series 1, the first espresso machine introduced by Fellow. I was really curious to see how convenient features like Guided Recipes and Assisted Steaming would be in a real home café environment, in addition to Fellow's signature minimalist design. Today, as the first part of this series, I am sharing an exciting unboxing and my first impressions of the product.
