Recording For Beginners: Deciding where and what to record - using the BSBI’s maps and database

The BSBI has over 50 million records in its Distribution Database (DDb) collected by thousands of recorders over hundreds of years. It is an amazing resource, which has been used to produce the Plant Atlas and for conservation and planning.
