Play the Guitar One Handed

I had a stroke when I was three that caused me to lose use on my left arm. While I still have my left limb, it is rendered pretty much useless to my daily activities. Thus, I've had to become innovative at preforming certain task. I always wanted to learn how to play the guitar and this video briefly covers how I have managed to do so. I originally created this video for a school assignment. I decided to post it because I'm wondering if there is a want/need for this kind of instruction. I know how it feels to not be able to something that you really want to do and so my question is: Are there other people out there with just one working arm that would like instruction on how to play the guitar? I would be more than happy to create a mini course detailing some techniques.
