Displaying web-based maps with MAPC2MAPC: OsmAnd Maps & Navigation
OsmAnd can display raster maps downloaded from the web. This video demonstrates some of the advantages and gives a walk-through of the steps involved. Update: To import a SQLite map file into OsmAnd, download the file to a folder on your Android device, click on the file, and when prompted, open in it OsmAnd. The process is similar for iOS.
