BMW LT1200 starting issues (won't start)

BMW LT1200 starting issues now resolved! the problem I had was when I came to start the bike sometimes it would start 1st time and a other times it wouldn't .full battery and with the alarm off. I looked in to this and have found a lot of BMW seem to have the same problem,flat battery ,faulty alarm ,faulty starter switch ,wire harness fault ,bike got a guilty side stand switch etc etc. went all over the bike and found what it was, the spider connectors down by back mudguard that looked in good condition but when you take them apart they where full of rust as water splashes up from the road so I cleaned them all up copper grasped them and only covered them on the top with the cap protected ,this seemed to fix the problem and it hasn't happened since praise the Lord !!
