Priorin Irene: «Für mich ist Ungewissheit Glauben pur»

Irene Gassmann has been the prioress of Fahr Abbey for twenty years. But there's no sign of weariness. She says: "Perhaps the Church needs to fragment even further so that something new can emerge." Topics in this episode: • How the prioress makes decisions • The life of the 17 Benedictine nuns at Fahr Abbey • The visit of Cardinal Mario Grech, President of the Synod, triggers feelings of powerlessness • Liturgical creativity: Women are empowered • The future of Fahr Abbey: The problem of recruiting new members remains unresolved • Apartments instead of the agricultural school: The criteria for tenants • The book commemorating the 888th anniversary by Susann Bosshard-Kälin: At Fahr.
