We Found the First Croc in 12 Years & Got BOGGED

We're exploring one of Western Australia's most remote and rugged coastal paradises - the Dampier Peninsula! From dramatic clifftop camping to close encounters with sharks and crocs, this adventure is one we'll remember forever. Our journey takes us to some incredible spots along the peninsula including Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm where we witness the raw power of the massive tides at Ardyaloon community, the stunning clifftop views at Pender Bay Escape (complete with bushfire smoke), and Smithys Seaside Adventures where we camp right on the beach... and promptly get bogged! Things get exciting when we launch the True Kit inflatable boat for some fishing and have a VERY close encounter with a shark. Then at Gnylmarung Campground, we catch up with our mates from @wanderlistfamily @beachside2bushland and @2_young_not_2_travel for laughs, good times, and plenty of camaraderie (they even kept us in drinks when we ran out!). But the Dampier Peninsula had one more surprise for us - a croc in the bay, the first one spotted there in 12 years. Just our luck! After an unforgettable time on this wild stretch of coastline, it's back to Broome to prepare for the next chapter of our journey - Daz's knee surgery in Perth.
