French heavy Cruiser offered with Camo in WOWSB event. Is the grind worth it? Yes a good ship but struggles against higher tier a bit. Has AA, Fast reload and Acceleration boost Skills but a bit squishy and manoeuvers like a brick.  Guns hit hard as well as the torpedoes even though the torpedoes speed is a bit slow.
