Some people go all out for Argentinian food, especially for the choripán, that typical delicacy from Messi's homeland that has become a total hit in our country. If you're exploring the city and can't decide what to eat in Bogotá, we know the sheer number of options can be overwhelming. So, to save you time wandering around, we've selected three places to eat that we've personally tried. From experience, we can assure you that they serve authentic Argentinian choripanes, but with all the Bogotá flair. 1. The first place we tried was called Chimi 🔥 HERE WE TRIED: Chimi Pampa (we ordered it as a combo): 125g of beef chorizo on grilled bread or a baguette with chimichurri sauce. Chimi Patagonia (we ordered it as a combo): 125g of spicy smoked pork chorizo on grilled bread with chimichurri sauce. Chimi Guacamole (we ordered it on its own): 125g of pork chorizo on grilled baguette with guacamole, grilled cheese, and chimichurri sauce. Calle 120a # 6a-04 Usaquen HOURS: Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 9pm and Sundays from 11am to 8pm Cra 7 # 40b-35, Chapinero HOURS: Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 9pm, Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 10pm, and Sundays from 12pm to 9pm Carrera 1 # 20a-70, Box Plaza Candelaria- Centro HOURS: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm 2. Second place went to El Kilombo 🔥 HERE WE TRIED 2 AMAZING OPTIONS: El Chori Criollo: 100% pork artisanal Argentinian chorizo, artisanal bread, criolla sauce, cheese, and chimichurri $19,000 El Chori Gardel: 100% pork artisanal Argentinian chorizo Pork, artisan bread, Creole sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato, fried egg, and bacon $25,000 Located at Cra 16# 79-96 - HOURS: Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 7pm 3.
