This is a completely understandable and crucial question—especially for me, as I haven't had a single drop of alcohol for quite a while now. In this video, we explore together how potential alcohol levels behave across three different Ginger Bug versions: the classic white sugar version, a natural grape juice version, and one made with sugar cane juice concentrate. I break down what happens during three critical phases: countertop activation, fridge storage, and final bottling for carbonation.
