Meditación 6 RETO Meditación "Respira y vuelve al presente"

We recommend the EMI COURSE 👉 https://www.paramita.org/programa-for... Download the prayer book here 👉 https://www.paramita.org/wp-content/u... The mind often wanders among thoughts, memories, and worries. However, we always have a refuge available: the breath. When we learn to fully experience it in the body, a space of calm opens up where the mind can rest and the heart can expand with clarity and confidence. In this guided meditation, we invite you to descend from the head to the body and rediscover contact with the breath as a source of natural presence. You will feel how each inhalation fills you with energy and vitality, and how each exhalation helps you release the weight of tension and fatigue. Little by little, body and mind find balance, and a state of stable and deep calm emerges. The practice also invites us to observe the state of our mind: to recognize whether we are distracted, drowsy, or agitated, and from there cultivate a more stable point of attention. In this way, breathing becomes a silent teacher that guides us toward inner balance and serenity. This exercise is accessible to everyone. If you have never meditated, you will find it a simple way to begin. And if you already have experience, it will be an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness, strengthening your ability to inhabit the present with greater calm and clarity. The session will be led by Ven. Khenpo Rinchen Gyaltsen, who will accompany us step by step on this journey toward a more conscious and transformative practice. ✨ Give yourself this space of silence and presence. And if you wish to continue deepening your meditation and spiritual growth, we invite you to enroll in the EMI course 👉 https://www.paramita.org/programa-for..., an online program designed to provide close and practical guidance on your inner journey. #GuidedMeditation #TibetanBuddhism #PersonalDevelopment #SpiritualGrowth #CalmAndClearness #BuddhistWisdom Guided by Ven.
