I stayed at the InterContinental Taihe Hotel in Quanzhou, Fujian for a few nights in March 2025. I was very satisfied with the hotel. Although it started at more than 700 RMB per night, the overall evaluation was very satisfactory! The hotel is located on Luojiang riverside, facing Jinjiang city on the other side across the Jinjiang Bridge. Although there is a shopping mall next to it, it is not very busy... The most special thing about the guest rooms is that they provide Chinese tea sets and 3 kinds of tea, including Fujian's famous Dahongpao, Zhengshan Xiaozhong and Tieguanyin. It is so enjoyable. Fujian is well known as the most tea-loving province in China. Breakfast also offers a variety of southern Fujian specialties, which are really worth a try.
