Undescended testicle operation: A parent's advice

A mum shares her advice for parents of children who need the operation. In most cases, no treatment is necessary, as the testicles will usually move naturally from the abdomen to the scrotum naturally during the first three to six months of life. However, around one in 100 boys stay ascended and an operation is advised.
